It's familiar enough -- with the point that Sheindlin cannot suffer fools having been very amply made at this point -- that Judy Justice's existence on streaming comes to feel deeply strange. Go to Full Review

On Judy Justice, Judge Judy does exactly what she used to do on Judge Judy, so it's just fine for what it is. Go to Full Review

Listen, we were never big into watching Judge Judy, but millions of people were over the past 25 years. For them, Judy Justice should be more of what they love. Go to Full Review

It's essentially the same type of courtroom show, albeit with more episodes focused on a single case than the two cases per episode as was traditional on Judge Judy. Go to Full Review

N.G. H @RT48512686 09/26/2024 I've been watching Judge Judy for YEARS. Do not like the new show. I miss Byrd. Don't even know Kevin. I don't see the point in Sarah Rose and the court stenographer. Oh, Sarah is her granddaughter. The end of show "discussion" when JJ talks AT Sarah is pointless--and BORING. I liked the full gallery too, not the sparse one that is shown now. Main point: Bring Back Byrd! Ditch the two women who add NOTHING. I'm only watching the re-runs of Judge Judy. See more Ken B @MrBelmont 06/22/2023 Disclaimer: My following review applies for season 1, 2, and likely any future seasons of Judy Justice; I like the fresh new take in contrast to the previous Judge Judy series. I like the new set design and colours. Overall it's nice to see Judy (now in her 80's) still working! I like how the cases are longer and essentially more in depth and I can appreciate Sheindlin's effort to keep up with the times with having her younger granddaughter there to offer a more modern opinion on the preceding cases. As for the absence of Officer Byrd? The man obviously wants to move on with his life and I can't blame him. I am a bit concerned however about the fate of Judy Justice. These swirling rumours about alcohol consumption and sexual harassment behind the scenes seems to be the "trendy" thing nowadays and I have a feeling that these allegations may plague the Judy Justice show, although Sheindlin denies all of this. We'll see. Either way, Sheindlin has lived her life, made her millions, so I honestly don't think that someone like Judith Sheindlin will be losing any sleep over some bad publicity at this point in her life! See more bamboozle83 @RT39115151 11/01/2022 Judge has lost her touch. Surprised at her decision making. Really poor judgements. See more 08/07/2022 I watched two episodes and I find the show boring. It's generally the same as the original but without the fire and spark. See more 07/17/2022 I like the older episodes of Judge Judy. This season her show seems to be dumbed down. It's boring to see her talk to the law clerk after the hearing. Previously it really did appear to be real and I truly enjoyed her and I miss her from main stream TV. See more 03/02/2022 I have been a loyal Judge Judy viewer for all 25 of her seasons. I was willing to pay anything to watch her on her new show untilI I found out that Byrd was thrown off the show after 25 loyal years by her side! She didn't even have the decency to phone him and tell him he wasn't going to be included in the new show. He had to phone her and she told him she couldn't AFFORD him on the new show!! This woman was pulling in $47 MILLION a year and her production company can't afford his rumoured $1 million yearly salary?? Byrd said she didn't even give him the chance to say he would accept less. He wasn't even given the chance to audition! I'm sorry but I will never watch her new show. Loyalty means something. See more Read all reviews
