Coopernikus B Still going strong, with good storys and well placed gags Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/19/24 Full Review Audience Member I loved every season! It just got better and better. I love series with a real ending and closure. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member While it overall introduces some very interesting concepts, the positive side of this show gets overshadowed by the continuous ineptitude of the portrayed Soldiers and Scientists to grasp simple security concepts like checking for remaining threats after a security breach. The characters clearly loose and gain intelligence depending on wether it's needed for the plot... Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Seasons 1 - 3 inclusive are impressive. It's a typical Canadian sci-fi, well-produced, decent stories, good performances. Most episodes have an intriguing, well-executed sci-fi or philosophical premise, and some have a more emotional slant but without ever becoming downright moist. By Season 4 though, things have become a little ragged. Richard Dean Anderson's wise-cracks start to grate a little, some of the story writing becomes lazy (but not all), and the cast periodically seem to be phoning it in. Nevertheless, it's still watchable some decades after it was made. I'm hoping it picks up again for Season 5 and onwards. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews
