This haunting series follows the thrilling yet terrifying journeys of Sam and Dean Winchester, two brothers who face an increasingly sinister landscape as they hunt monsters. After losing their mother to a supernatural force, the brothers were raised by their father as soldiers who track mysterious and demonic creatures. Violent memories and relationship-threatening secrets add additional burdens on Sam and Dean as they investigate all things that go bump in the night. As old tricks and tools are rendered useless and friends betray them, the brothers must rely on each other as they encounter new enemies.

Maureen Ryan Chicago Tribune It's not changing the face of television. But there are very few shows I can count on to be consistently satisfying. Supernatural is one of them. Sep 28, 2006 Full Review Seth Freilich Pajiba Admittedly, the show is cheesy. Gloriously cheesy. For me, personally, while it started out as something of a guilty pleasure, it's moved up to become a legitimate television watching experience. Jun 11, 2018 Full Review Demian Television Without Pity This show is so sick and wrong. And I love it. Sep 16, 2013 Full Review Phil Pirrello IGN Movies Supernatural is a really good entry into genre television, with Season 2 providing a lot of the groundwork that allows the series to earn such a label. Rated: 7/10 Sep 10, 2013 Full Review Diana Steenbergen IGN Movies The opening episode for Season 2 of Supernatural, "In My Time of Dying", remains one of the show's high points, even three seasons later. Rated: 9.3/10 May 28, 2009 Full Review Noel Kirkpatrick Christian Science Monitor The initial story units - Dean dealing with guilt and death of John and establishing the Roadhouse - work well, and I'm eager to see how the show develops these concepts and also introduces new ones. Peyton B. Best season of a show ever. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/08/25 Full Review Noah T Great better than the first season Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/18/24 Full Review Wyatt C second season the next best 9/10 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/08/24 Full Review Eric S Same as my s1 reviee. Amazing show. Story is formulaic, a monster per episode. It gets more intense when it story goes to deeper lore with their family. S2 goes 1 bar up interms lore and how the brothers handle their destiny. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 06/16/24 Full Review Audience Member Brilliant season. 10/10 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/05/24 Full Review MJ L it was good, definitely important, but it was pretty slow in the beginning.
