What to Know

Critics Consensus

Lily Rabe, Amy Brenneman, and a glut of insane mysteries nearly save Tell Me Your Secrets - alas, it's simply too underwritten and cynical to fulfill its alluring promise.

Brad Newsome Sydney Morning Herald Silly as all get-out, but fun to watch. Feb 24, 2021 Full Review Robert Levin Newsday The first two parts of "Tell Me Your Secrets" are certainly engaging in a potboiler sense, but it's not at all clear that its makers can keep it up for 10 episodes. Rated: 2.5/4 Feb 23, 2021 Full Review Allison Keene Paste Magazine Questions of who to trust and how all of these characters connect, not to mention how they react to pressure and how far they will go when cornered, all make Tell Me Your Secrets an engaging watch, despite other notable flaws. Rated: 6.8/10 Feb 20, 2021 Full Review Maggie Lovitt Millennial Falcon Reviews Lily Rabe is astonishing in her portrayal of Karen and she is surrounded by an incredibly talented cast that builds the suspense, doubt, and thrill of the series. Rated: B+ Mar 27, 2023 Full Review Marina Gordon Common Sense Media Creepy, twisty mystery thriller is bloody and disturbing. Rated: 3/5 Mar 26, 2021 Full Review Jackie K. Cooper jackiekcooper.com A bit too drawn out but Amy Brenneman and Lily Rabe are spot on for their roles. I'd go for a second season. Rated: 6/10 Mar 9, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews

Robert G Suspension was good. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/08/24 Full Review Kimberly A Definitely a lot of twists. Just when you think you have it all figured out, a plot twist leaves you wondering what the world and it just keeps you tuned in so you know what's going on and where it's heading now. I really wish they would continue with another season as it was a great series but the end of the season unfortunately left a lot open. PLEASE CONTINUE, I need it 🥺 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/28/24 Full Review Baby W This show has more twists and turns than any other series I have watched recently! The character development progresses at a good pace, and the revelations about each character are unexpected. It will keep you changing your mind about who are the real evil people, and who are the innocent ones. GIVE US SEASON 2- PLEASE!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/14/24 Full Review Kyle J I have a masters degree in English. I've read a lot of books; I've seen a lot of movies. This story is fantastic. The acting and direction are top notch. I hope another season is in the making, and I hope they don't burst my bubble. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/22/24 Full Review K a i n o a K I just finished season 1 and was looking forward to a second season which I assumed would come out either later this year or next. After searching I found that Amazon hasn't even cleared them for a second season. So many things left unanswered. Lily Rabe did a great job portraying Karen/Emma. I hope they get a second chance despite the critics. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/14/23 Full Review Lonie This is a horrible show. It sets a bad example on women and portrays women as passing and ignoring every and dozens of red flags about each other. I think all of the women and the girls actions are all very questionable and from going to someone's house, getting close to a woman who looks very suspicious in a matter of hours that they immediately feel comfortable to leave their families. As if a cop would pick up a woman who looks homeless. and snoop around and put her . So many things are just unbelievable like the toothbrush in her mouth. And the point of the needle. And not connecting the SO MANY DOZENS OF RED DOTS AND FLAGS. What's the point in portraying these women as idiots? Women in this day are so much smarter than that . All the martyrs are men, it's just something I'd expect to watch in the 50s but not now. Strange. And, WHY does HOLLYWOOD always portray 50 year olds as teenagers or 20 yr olds when they do a scene that reflects back. It's dumb and cheap. They make so much money and they can't afford to keep it slightly realistic… And, continuity why did the color of the gun change? Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 10/02/23 Full Review Read all reviews
