Riley Parks is a Texas housewife who is left in financial trouble after being deserted by her husband, so she decides to take a job at a seemingly traditional day spa in a nearby town. But after discovering that some of her co-workers provide additional services, Riley faces a decision as to whether or not to embrace an opportunity to resolve her financial hardships. The drama series, which is based on a 2010 TV movie, follows Riley as she delicately balances a moral conflict between two completely different lives -- one as a single mother in a conservative town and the other as a savvy businesswoman working with a raucous group of women. Knowing her friends and family would disapprove of her job, Riley struggles with keeping her work secret.

Samantha Highfill Entertainment Weekly All I know is that there better be a slutty-massage element to this show, because nobody wants to watch a happy married couple be happy and not give slutty massages to strangers for money. I mean, honestly. Jan 24, 2019 Full Review David Hinckley New York Daily News "The Client List" is also getting confident enough in its characters and their soap-style life dramas that it's spending less time with Victoria's Secret. Jan 24, 2019 Full Review Brian Lowry Variety The underlying plot about a mom who will do anything to support her family actually has a rather wholesome foundation - and virtually mirrors ABC's new drama Red Widow, except Client List is done with a sense of fun and flair. Mar 5, 2013 Full Review Melissa Camacho Common Sense Media [Riley's] constant wrestling with her conscience, as well as her desire to legitimately help others while she is working, makes her both likable and relatable. Rated: 3/5 Jan 24, 2019 Full Review Carissa Pavlica TV Fanatic It appears we're in for drama of a whole different ilk this season. Rated: 4.6/5 Mar 10, 2013 Full Review Read all reviews

Kids are on summer break one minute back the next. Dialog jumps and no flow. Disappointed. Was Evan coming back a dream?!?! How did the police know he was at the spa??!?! And what the heck was the problem with Riley getting into the spa??? Good grief it's horrible.
