A team of ex-special forces soldiers on the lam from the military police (even though they didn't really commit the crime for which they'd been imprisoned) leaves a trail of explosions in its wake. But Hannibal, Faceman, B.A. and Murdock always stop to help the little guy against some corrupt local bigwig before escaping the MPs once again.

Iconic characters and formulaic plot make The A-Team a novel, but skippable series.

Jacqueline Lee Lewes Sydney Morning Herald Much ado about very little the A-Team may be, but as an escapist adventure, it works. It's flashy, fun, and totally fantastic. May 14, 2021 Full Review Geraldine Walsh Sydney Morning Herald It's as though some very clever scriptwriters decided what had worked in every action film and TV series ever made and unashamedly plundered them, at times with tongue in cheek. May 14, 2021 Full Review Brian Courtis The Age (Australia) It looks good and is coated in fine humor. People are wiped out with nary a squeal, never a drop of blood. Below the simple level of storytelling, such a program offers its audience many subliminal satisfactions. May 14, 2021 Full Review Bill Kelley South Florida Sun-Sentinel George Peppard, who stars, gives a very good performance and actually develops some chemistry with his monolithic sidekick. May 14, 2021 Full Review Mike Hughes Gannett News Service A mishmash that's neither funny enough nor exciting enough. But talented producer Stephen Cannell is in charge, so things might get better. May 14, 2021 Full Review Stuart D. Bykofsky Philadelphia Daily News Most entertainment requires the suspension of disbelief. The audience must agree to go along with the fiction. The A-Team requires the suspension of sanity. May 14, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews

Richard M Complete TV garbage. The only redeeming quality is how comedic it is. So bad it is funny. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/29/25 Full Review Audience Member Don't listen to the nay-sayers - this show was simply the best, and as important for kids and toys back in the early 80's, as Fortnite has been for kids and video games since 2017. A squad of 4 distinct characters running around with assault rifles, shotguns, pistols, and SMG's, shooting everything up, with no one ever really getting killed ... sound familiar? It's where that original X-Factor that kids have always loved with Fortnite came from. How they are not available as skins in the game yet is beyond me. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Yes it is too awesome to be a part of Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member I love mr t wich means its awesome Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews
