At 11, Barry Allen's life changed completely when his mother died in a freak accident and his innocent father was convicted of her murder. Now a crime-scene investigator, his dedication to learn the truth about his mother's death drives him to follow up on every new scientific advancement and urban legend. When his latest obsession -- a particle accelerator heralded as a world-changing invention -- causes an explosion, it creates a freak storm and Barry is struck by lightning. He awakes from a coma nine months later with the power of superspeed. When he learns that others who have gained powers use them for evil, he dedicates himself to protecting the innocent, while still trying to solve the older mystery.

Overall, with weak elements of the villains' respective stories, but stronger elements making up for them, both halves of the season pretty much balance out to it being a decent season overall.

S6 makes absolutely sure that a lot of a sense of fun the show used to have is dead and buried. Throw in dull or cringey new characters and frankly it wasn't a good showing...

This season is going to be heavy. But it's so nice to see that The Flash will keep leaning into the humor while difficult themes play out in the world they've created.

The first part of their season is just amazing with Ramsey having HLH but then because of that and his mom dead infects and reads off people and he is very creepy like the time he infected the flash and turned into that big monster and Crisis Event was just wow BUT the second half of the season was not that good, Amazing CGI still but was relatively boring after EP.14, the only thing that makes this a 4 star is the ending and the 3 or 4 episodes after Crisis on infinite earths but other than that I would recommend this btw love Chuck and Allegra, great characters.

Who let this season slide? It wad absolute garbage. The Mirror girl was a terrible villian and the "Iris is dead!" plot is getting old now. The episodes were getting boring knowing that they haven't just taken iris out already. Iris was in there for a WHOLE SEASON. She was still in there in the beginning of Season 7.

The other season were good. Interesting to watch at least. But this 6th season, damn. It's so disgusting. I've seen Ramamurthy in nicer movies and TV shows.. but this role here so ugly. I'm sure that this season caused nightmares to many people worldwide. 🤮🤮
