      1996 Comedy Animation List
100% 7 Reviews Tomatometer 96% 100+ Ratings Audience Score This long-running animated comedy focuses on the eponymous family in the town of Springfield in an unnamed U.S. state. The head of the Simpson family, Homer, is not a typical family man. A nuclear-plant employee, he does his best to lead his family but often finds that they are leading him. The family includes loving, blue-haired matriarch Marge, troublemaking son Bart, overachieving daughter Lisa and baby Maggie. Other Springfield residents include the family's religious neighbor, Ned Flanders, family physician Dr. Hibbert, Moe the bartender and police chief Clancy Wiggum. Jeffrey M The Simpsons Season 8 was the best Simpson season ever!! The Simpsons Season 8 had some Simpson classic episodes like Homers Enemy, You Only Move Twice, and Treehouse of Horror VII. One episode I loved is Simpsoncalifragu(annoyed grunt)listicexpealidoucios, even thought on IMDB it is one of the lowest rated episodes in the Golden Age ( Season 3-8 ), Another Simpson Clip Show being the lowest. I loved Season 8. I give it a 98%. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/28/23 Full Review Sasha M AMAZING two best episodes with homers enemy being the best episode of the entire series , the golden age Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/06/23 Full Review Jackson S A classic when the Simpsons start to go more wacky. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review greg d Episodes like Homer's Enemy really make this season good. Too bad it was worse from here.. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/02/23 Full Review johnathon w Another classic season featuring numerous brilliant episodes, from "You Only Move Twice" to "Homer's Enemy". However, you start to the the chinks in quality, notably with the Mary Poppins send up. Overall, still a great season of one of the best TV shows ever. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review j m It's probably as good as Season 7 and it's still funny. Some iconic episodes in it.
