This supernatural drama, based on the series of novels by L.J. Smith, details the lives of two brothers, Damon and Stefan Salvatore, who have been living as vampires for centuries. After years of moving from from place-to-place to hide their eternal youth (and bloodthirsty condition), the brothers return to the small Virginia town, Mystic Falls, where their lives as humans ended. Damon is snarky, handsome and charming, with a propensity for evil, while Stefan tries to remain noble -- in part to atone for bad behavior in his past.

Nell T We watched The vampire diaries and we really liked it. It’s a supernatural drama with vampires, romance and a lot of action. The story is about Elena, a girl who meets two vampire brothers, Stefan and Damon. The series is full of suspense, powerful scenes and unexpected twists. The music is great and fits the emotion very well. Our favorite character is Damon and Katherine pierce 🙏🏻 there’s funny, mysterious and really captivating. We definitely recommend this series. It’s exiting, emotional and hard to stop watching. If you enjoy stories with love, danger and supernatural thing, you will love it too Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/24/25 Full Review Rowan C I like how this season took place in college, and I loved the Silas storyline. Meanwhile, Stefan is trapped underwater, and Silas is wreaking havoc in Mystic Falls. This season introduces the mysterious Augustine Society and delves into the doppelgänger mythology, adding new layers to the story. Katherine faces her own struggles after becoming human, and the season builds up to a dramatic showdown involving the Travelers. It's a rollercoaster of emotions and surprises and it’s okay. The Silas storyline was interesting and it was VERY enjoyable to watch Paul Wesley play that evil yet funny character. But that arc was wrapped up very quickly, and considering Silas was being hyped up as this big bad since season 4 I was expecting more from him, but I did enjoy the little time we had with him. The travelers were a bit boring and non threatening, but Katherine being human, then dying and switching bodies with Elena was something I enjoyed, classic Katherine will do anything to survive.
