Spider-Man, whose real name is Peter Parker when not fighting crime, is an iconic comic book character that has been featured in a number of feature films and TV shows through the years. In "Ultimate Spider-Man," Peter Parker is a teenager trying to juggle the usual growing pains of high-school life with the not-so-usual growing pains of being a superhero. Peter is invited to train with Nick Fury's S.H.I.E.L.D. organization, where his masked alter ego joins forces with four other teenage superheroes -- Nova, White Tiger, Power Man and Iron Fist -- as they work to become Ultimate Superheroes.

Oliver Sava AV Club There's potential for a great Spider-Man cartoon in this show, but the creators seem content with "fine" rather than "excellent." Rated: C Jul 10, 2018 Full Review David Sims AV Club There's a surprising lack of depth to a show with a creative roster this good. Rated: C Jul 10, 2018 Full Review Emily Ashby Common Sense Media There's no shortage of action or humor. Rated: 4/5 Jul 10, 2018 Full Review Ewan Paterson What Culture There's a lot to like about the show though, and the third season gave fans an awesome storyline involving Donald Glover taking on the role of Miles Morales. Jul 6, 2018 Full Review Spencer Coriaty Screen Rant Totally different than anything that came before it, Disney's Ultimate Spider-Man is like a cross between Family Guy, Deadpool, and the movies of the MCU. Jul 6, 2018 Full Review Jesse Schedeen IGN Movies But considering the dream team of writers Marvel assembled for this project... it's often frustrating that Ultimate Spider-Man isn't a stronger, more cohesive, and more dramatically ambitious show. Audience Member Honestly this cartoon just killed spiderman I don’t know if it was just bad luck or a curse from Disney either way this show was just poor. It lacked everything that made spiderman. The jokes were poor and not funny and the action was just horrible. the switch up on the characters were huge like harry being venom were also disappointing. this was the beginning of the fall of spiderman Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/03/24 Full Review David Jr C Si me gusto la serie namas que narra mucho habla demasiado en todos los capítulos y como que el traje no esta tan padre más o menos megusto láseres Ultimate Spider-Man Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/26/23 Full Review Ganesan G Ultimate Spiderman was worth to watch for spiderman Fans and others also know about the spiderman, awesome spiderman and Peter Parker Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/13/23 Full Review Black B Este es un hombre araña distinto a los demás, no creo que sea la mejor representación de este si nos basamos en lo que son los cómics pero es único y no creo que se le deba comparar con otros por el simple hecho que si buscas algo parecido no lo encontrarás (más en específico por los anteriores cómics, series o películas del hombre araña). Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 06/16/23 Full Review NcMor This is NOT Ultimate Spider-Man, this is Spider-Man and Friends. The series is clearly targeted for kids, but the over use of quips and chibby spider-man is so over done. Does not follow the Ultimate Comics. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 06/07/23 Full Review vortex 3 if not so perfect but I like it still well done Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/17/23 Full Review Read all reviews
