The third time turns out to be the charm for criminal Neal Caffrey. He has been eluding FBI agent Peter Burke for years, a run that finally comes to an end with his capture. But after the resourceful prisoner escapes from a maximum-security facility, then is nabbed once again by Burke, Caffrey suggests a different end-game: In return for freedom, he'll help the Feds catch long-sought criminals. Though skeptical, Burke soon realizes that Caffrey's instincts and insight are a rare commodity. Caffrey's trusted friend and co-conspirator with ties to the criminal underworld, Mozzie, also becomes a useful source for Burke and the FBI.

Jonathan Storm Philadelphia Inquirer The likable show has something for everyone: handsome young star, sympathetic "older" costar, pretty former TV hottie, easy-to-follow caper plots, a little humor. Nov 8, 2019 Full Review Warren Clements Globe and Mail The chemistry between [Matt] Bomer and [Tim] DeKay is just right, and the contrast between their characters lends itself to banter with an edge. Nov 8, 2019 Full Review William Thomas Empire Magazine Matt Bomer and Tim DeKay's entertaining double act as the suave con-man and straight-laced Fed is the backbone to the show's success, but credit is also due to its stylish look. An enjoyable mash-up of Remington Steele and CSI. Rated: 4/5 Oct 30, 2017 Full Review Brittany Frederick CBR 15 years ago, White Collar season 1 created a different kind of crime show. Rated: 8/10 Oct 24, 2024 Full Review Boston Herald Staff Boston Herald While USA Network deserves credit for introducing a crime drama that doesn't revolve around forensics, White Collar is forgettable. Audience Member White Collar is a refreshing and pleasantly surprising series. You become drawn in by the charm and finesse of Matt Bomer as Neal Caffrey, who is complemented nicely by Tim DeKay as Peter Burke. There is a compelling struggle as Neal tries to start fresh, all while the action and suspense leave almost every episode on a cliffhanger. Action, culture, romance, set in the hearty and fitting New York, this series has it all. I honestly think it would encapsulate a broad audience, with a little bit of everything for everyone. The plot is extremely dynamic and rich in detail, and I honestly can’t recommend this enough for someone who wants to engross themselves in a brilliant series. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/28/25 Full Review Audience Member The dynamic of Peter and Neal filled the void for me after Loki ended- This show is so unique with it’s concept and a serious piece of art Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/15/25 Full Review Sharang L If the makers had focused as much on the writing as they did on their pretty actors and if Bomer could emote a little better, this could have been so much better. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/03/25 Full Review Maximilian M Absolute Must-See and my favorite tv show of all time! One of the most underrated series of the 21st century. The series has everything. Humor, unique twists, well-written characters and insane suspense. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/16/24 Full Review Artin S Perhaps the best crime thriller show ever made. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/01/24 Full Review ron b It's a pleasant watch but the plots are just too silly and predictable Rated 2 out of 5 stars 07/15/24 Full Review Read all reviews
