Michael Blackmon BuzzFeed News Despite a few dull moments, the show remains pretty sharp. Apr 5, 2022 Full Review Carla Meyer San Francisco Chronicle The stakes with "You" always lie in Joe being a protagonist you root against. But by season three's end, we stopped enjoying the ride - all we want is for Joe to receive his comeuppance. Nov 5, 2021 Full Review Judy Berman TIME Magazine Season 3 Is the best installment yet-and a brilliant send-up of suburbia... Oct 23, 2021 Full Review Sharai Bohannon Anatomy of a Scream Podcast Network After a promising four episode start, the wheels fall off the back half of the season, including YOU‘s reluctance to explore Joe’s queer side and the dicey representation of polyamory. Nov 13, 2023 Full Review Graeme Tuckett The Post NZ Penn Badgley is perfect in the lead, letting the monster within peek out from behind his boyish good looks seemingly at will. Badgley was nominated for a few awards for his work here – and he holds the show together. Feb 16, 2023 Full Review Joe Lipsett Anatomy of a Scream Podcast Network Despite a promising four episode start, the wheels fall off in the back half of the season. An amusing counselling subplot goes nowhere and the polyamorous couple storyline isn't as funny as the writers think. Good finale though Feb 11, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews

Amy D Gets a little unhinged, and wish they went another way at the end of this one, but ultimately it still kept me interested! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/12/25 Full Review Audience Member Incredible, Incredible, incredible. Three times for three seasons. This is like White Lotus from a killer/stalkers perspective. And the twists to the story in this season is on another level. A level they never were able to reach again. Everything was just right. From the first episode to the last.. just pure art in the writing department, and in every aspect really. And L.A is such a good location for You. Not only visually the most stunning, but the social commentary they could do also. The final scene of this season turns into a Christopher Nolan or David Fincher type of ending, and I'm just sitting there already shocked from what I saw, but then they put in a final little thing just because they were in the zone making this season. Thank you!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/05/25 Full Review Frantisek K Cus why tf am i looking at a fvcking capuchino 4some with a big black woman that could fit a truck down there Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 05/01/25 Full Review ne u By far my favourite seasons. Love Quinn is THEE main character for me. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/30/25 Full Review Chiefs N It was a good ending to season 3 Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/27/25 Full Review Nay N Well it started out pretty great. Could’ve lived without seeing Love messing with that teen. I get the real actor isn’t that young but it made me angry because I thought Love was better than that. Then that ending made me shocked at Joe. I’m a little disappointed but it was still a good season. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/27/25 Full Review Read all reviews
