Born on January 24, 1972, in Los Angeles, Calif., Beth Hart is an American musician. In 10th grade, Hart entered Los Angeles' High School for the Performing Arts as a vocal and cello major. She soon began singing during open mic nights. At 15, Hart began performing in clubs. In 1993, Hart appeared on Ed McMahon's "Star Search," ultimately winning the Female Vocalist competition. In 1996, Beth Hart, bassist Tal Herzberg and guitarist Jimmy Khoury, aka the Beth Hart Band, released their first album, "Immortal." In 1999, Hart released her second solo album, "Screamin' for My Supper." Her follow-up album, "Leave the Light On," was released in 2003. In 2005, Hart released her first live album, "Live at Paradiso." Hart's fourth solo studio album "37 Days" was released in Europe in July 2007. On April 13, 2015, Hart released her seventh solo studio album, "Better Than Home." On January 26, 2018, Beth Hart and Joe Bonamassa released "Black Coffee." In 2021, Hart began teasing new music by hiding hints in her Spotify canvas videos. On November 12, 2021, Beth Hart announced her tenth solo studio album, "A Tribute to Led Zeppelin."
