Conway Tearle
Conway Tearle was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Tearle's career in acting began with his roles in various films like "April Folly" (1920), "The Oath" (1921) and "The Common Law" (1923). He also appeared in "Black Oxen" (1924), "Flirting With Love" (1924) and "Dancing Mothers" (1926). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "The Lost Zeppelin" (1929), "The Truth About Youth" (1930) and the John Wayne western "The Hurricane Express" (1932). He also appeared in "The King Murder" (1932), "Vanity Fair" (1932) and "Fifteen Wives" (1934). In the latter half of his career, he tackled roles in "Sing Sing Nights" (1934), the adventure "Stingaree" (1934) with Irene Dunne and "The Headline Woman" (1935). He also appeared in "Desert Guns" (1936), "Klondike Annie" (1936) with Mae West and the Leslie Howard dramatic adaptation "Romeo and Juliet" (1936). Tearle last acted in the mystery "The Preview Murder Case" (1936) with Reginald Denny. Tearle was married to Adele Rowland. Tearle passed away in October 1938 at the age of 60.
