Heather Tobias
Heather Tobias was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. She also appeared in the TV movie "The Singing Detective" (PBS, 1987-88). She worked in television in her early acting career as well, including a part on "Bleak House" (PBS, 1985-86). Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "The Island on Bird Street" (Showtime, 1998-99). Later, she earned a role in the Rosalind Ayres drama "Beautiful People" (2000). She also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "Our Mutual Friend -- By Charles Dickens" (PBS, 1998) and "All the King's Men" (PBS, 1999-2000). She also had a part in the TV miniseries "Appropriate Adult" (2011-12). She also appeared in "Kiss of Life" (2004) with Ingeborga Dapkunaite. Tobias most recently appeared in "The Wrong Mans" (2013-15).
