Julius LaRosa
Julius LaRosa worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. LaRosa worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "On Parade" (NBC, 1963-64), "Perry Como Presents the Julius LaRosa Show" (NBC, 1956-57) and "Sonja Henie's Holiday on Ice" (NBC, 1956-57). He also contributed to "The Venetian Affair" with Robert Vaughn (1967). In the seventies and the eighties, LaRosa's music mostly appeared in films like the Dan Aykroyd anthology "Mr. Mike's Mondo Video" (1979), "Goodbye New York" (1985) with Julie Hagerty and "Sing" (1989) with Lorraine Bracco. Additionally, he could be seen on a variety of television specials like "Arthur Godfrey: Broadcasting's Forgotten Giant" (1996-97), "Skitch Henderson at 80" (PBS, 1997-98) and "The Italian Americans" (PBS, 1997-98). LaRosa most recently appeared on "The Italian Americans II: A Beautiful Song" (PBS, 1997-98).
