Steven Marlo was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Marlo started his acting career landing roles in films, such as the adventure "The Buccaneer" (1958) with Yul Brynner, "The Young Captives" (1958) and the Sidney Poitier dramatic adaptation "The Slender Thread" (1965). He also starred in the TV movies "The Stranger" (1972-73), "The Voyage of the Yes" (CBS, 1972-73) and "The Hanged Man" (ABC, 1973). He also landed a role in the miniseries "Hanging By a Thread" (1978-79). He also worked in film during these years, including a part on "Arnold" (1974) with Stella Stevens. He also starred in the TV movies "Adventures of the Queen" (1974-75), "Sky Hei$t" (NBC, 1974-75) and "They Only Come Out at Night" (NBC, 1974-75). He also appeared in "Mayday at 40,000 Feet!" (CBS, 1976-77). Additionally, he appeared on the television special "The Home Front" (CBS, 1980-81). He also appeared in the Michael Caine horror flick "The Swarm" (1978). Marlo more recently appeared in "Jake Spanner, Private Eye" (USA, 1989-1990).
