Esteban C this season was fire! i mean it was lit from the very beginning! it felt like the old dancing with the stars, but with a modern touch. of course the passing of len affected all the crew and it was so emotional both the dance and the decision to name the trophy after him. with that being said, let's dive right in with the couples, not before thanking the production with the decision to replace tyra with julianne and suggesting they give carrie-ann a chill pill before each show (and a pair of glasses would be also wildly appreciated). ok, the couples! im so glad the right couple has won twice in a row, although i think if both ariana and pasha or daniella and jason had won i wouldn't be mad either because the seasons of the three finalists were incredible. i think the eliminations were great, according to each of the couples performances. apart from harry, who was evidently saved by the public, they all left at the time they should have! well maybe lele's elimination was the most surprising, but hey, she had to go sooner rather than later and to be ones, she wasn't a contender for the trophy from the start! the one with the most drastic transformation and gained dancing skills is obviously alysson! i think sasha pushed her to her limits and the results, comparing her night one with her final night are absolutely insane! my absolutely favorite night was a celebration of taylor swift, of course, and i think one of the most disappointing one has to be monster night. they don't do halloween as they used to :((( although some of the new night themes were great and i loved them, specially music video night (hoping that one to return in further seasons) i feel like there were some traditional themes missing, like trio night, movie night and even vegas night! might be important to keep those instead of newer ones in the future. after all, a great season indeed! so happy for the winners, very well deserved, and eager for a next season to hit my screens in 2024!!!
