      What to Know

      Critics Consensus

Despite going too far into virgin territory, the 23rd season of The Bachelor manages to mix it up thanks to a particularly eccentric group of contestants.

Audience Member I don't care who I sleep with. Why would I care who you do? Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Talk about treating women like meat.. this is trash, so is the Bachelorette.. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Colton Underwood is officially my favorite bachelor so far and this is my favorite bachelor season so far. I loved all of the celebrity guest stars that appeared on this season. I love Colton because he is such a nice and caring person. I love how he is not afraid to show and express his emotions. I hope that he and Cassie have a happy life together. I hope that Cassie doesn't break his heart again because I will be pissed off because he deserves to find love and to find someone who loves him back. Rachel Charlene Lewis Bitch Media [The series] spent so long turning Randolph and Underwood's relationship into an example of a man risking it all to prove his love for a woman... there are few things more terrifying than a partner who can't handle rejection. Mar 16, 2021 Full Review Li Zhou Vox Sends the wrong message to pretty much everyone. Mar 15, 2019 Full Review Hannah Yasharoff USA Today Producers are milking his storyline for all it's worth. And it gets old. Fast. Feb 1, 2019 Full Review Caralynn Lippo Tell-Tale TV I don't understand what point the producers are trying to make here by having all of these women relay whether or not they've ever had sex. It's just awkward and comes across as a little shame-y. Feb 7, 2019 Full Review Rodger Sherman The Ringer This was a dog-heavy episode of The Bachelor, and therefore a good episode of The Bachelor. Feb 1, 2019 Full Review Lisa Fischer The Muse/Jezebel R.I.P to the most interesting contestant this season, you were too good for this franchise, even if you were a discount version of Alexis's dolphin-shark from Nick's season.
