Audience Member This show makes no sense. What kind of lawyer is she supposed to be exactly? Prosecution, defense, criminal, civil, corporate, military??? Most people don't do all of them, but I guess Alicia does. And how come kalinda is literally everywhere? They show her at work, across town, back at work, at a bar, at a crime scene. Why would a lawyer even be allowed into a crime scene? I'm willing to suspend disbelief, but there's just too much silly stuff here to ignore. Rated 1/5 Stars •  Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member This was really stupid and weird because it wasn't good Rated 0.5/5 Stars •  Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member I don't like it at all Rated 0.5/5 Stars •  Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review jon c a bit of a step down from Season 1, a majority of the episodes have a lot of uninteresting things going on but maybe that's because of the law jargon I'm not used to that Season 2 is more about taking control this time; Alicia is taking hold legally at work and at home, things are not so black-and-white now Will left Alicia a voicemail last time on her phone but she's unaware of his true feelings for her plus that she still chooses to stick by Peter's side in spite of the scandal they've faced other things take place like Carrey leaving the firm, Peter runs in an election to make a name for himself again but at the expense of his family getting slandered by the public, Alicia's brother comes into the mix, a new mentor named Derrick Bond enters the firm along with Blake who shares an ongoing flirtation with Khalinda Mr. Gold also has a nice repertoire with a nanny that handles stock prices from time to time halfway through the season starts to gain my interest back with a startling revelation that could put Alicia in a rough patch again Alicia's daughter Grace also wants to contribute to politics whether it be religion or women's rights several cases involve an adult website promoting infidelity, an expert sniper, Pentagon murders, a Nobel Prize winner being accused of assault, a pill causing death, and a celebrity being targeted for murder there's plenty of cool cameos sprinkled throughout as well so it's not all bad this season teaches us that it's better not to have secrets so people cant find things out about us, it's better to judge than to forgive, and the world chews up idealistic people the finale is fine and does pose many questions for Season 3 maybe they can get the spark back too when I first started watching Julianna Marguieles still has the chops for the modern female lawyer Rated 3/5 Stars •  Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Even better than Season 1, the show is at it's best when Alicia's strong and focused. This show is ridiculously addicting combining one of the best drama narratives on Network television with the continuous watchability of a Law & Order courtroom drama.
