When Dave Johnson and his family arrive from Michigan, they're unfazed that their new dream home is located in a community quite different from their previous small town. However, their opinionated next-door neighbor Calvin Butler is wary of the newcomers, certain that they'll disrupt the culture on the block. Dave realizes that fitting in with the new community is more complex than he had expected, but if he can find a way to connect with Calvin, there's an excellent chance of making the new neighborhood a great place to live.

Belinda B I have untreated depression, The Neighborhood has been healing for me. it makes you laugh and feel a sense of family when mine isnt around. I need it like medicine for my soul. I cannot stop watching it. its playing on my TV even when Im not wacthing. Before this i have never been able to watch anything more than once, but I cant help but to play it everyday, all day. My only complaint is that it needs like 7 more seasons. I have seen every episode 1000 times. Their witers must love me to make me feel this good. Thank you all soooo much for this show. tachina i love anything you are in. Hell , I would love sports and commercials if you were in them. There are many things that are well worth the wait and this show is one, it shines like a bright sunny morning on the best day you have had. All the actors fit perfectly and have done a excellent job and are so talented. Simply put it's my new favorite show.
