Harry Stubbs
Harry Stubbs was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In his early acting career, Stubbs appeared in such films as "Alibi" (1929), "The Bad One" (1930) and "The Truth About Youth" (1930). He also appeared in "Night Ride" (1930), "Millie" (1931) and "The Gang Buster" (1931). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "The Invisible Man" (1933), "When Strangers Marry" (1933) and "The Mind Reader" (1933). He also appeared in "Now and Forever" (1934) with Gary Cooper. Nearing the end of his career, he continued to act in the Tyrone Power drama "In Old Chicago" (1938), the comedy "Doctor Rhythm" (1938) with Bing Crosby and the horror flick "The Mummy's Hand" (1940) with Dick Foran. He also appeared in "The Invisible Man Returns" (1940) with Cedric Hardwicke and the Charles Bickford drama "Burma Convoy" (1941). Stubbs more recently acted in the Lon Chaney Jr. horror film "Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man" (1943). Stubbs passed away in March 1950 at the age of 76.
