Audience Member its a good sequel to the first, up my alley, and it was better than the last one. not as predictable. but still, you can see it coming a mile away instead of 10 miles away. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member I will never enjoy this movie as much as the original, despite the fact that I mocked this movie a lot less while watching it. You can tell it was *someone's* passion project, and it's a fun, feel-good continuation of a childhood favorite for me. The landscape shots are surprisingly well-rendered for the movie's budget. Can't give it 5 stars, or even 4, because I do feel it fell short by not giving Dev and Kyra equal amounts of character time and meaningful stories, as well as cutting the significance of the dragons down quite a bit from the original.
