Ben Travers IndieWire A comedy with all the right pieces, which were pushed and pulled into all the wrong places, got the time to learn, adjust, and grow... Consider it the "most improved" show of 2019, even if the year is still young. Rated: B Jan 14, 2019 Full Review Troy Patterson The New Yorker It is uneasy about taking itself seriously. The problem is that it can't take itself ridiculously, either. Jan 11, 2019 Full Review Dustin Rowles Pajiba Friends from College has found its groove, and is the rare Netflix season that's actually shorter than I wanted it to be - I could have spent another four or five episodes with these characters, easily. Jan 15, 2019 Full Review Chris Osterndorf The Daily Dot There's not a plot-line on this show that seemingly can't move forward by the characters getting drunk and embarrassing themselves. Darío Missael R Friends from College is hands down one of the best comedy series I’ve ever watched. I’ve seen it more than five times since it premiered, and every single time, it manages to make me laugh just as much as the first. The humor is sharp, the cast chemistry is incredible, and the mix of comedy with real-life struggles makes it incredibly entertaining. I honestly don’t understand why it wasn’t more appreciated by critics or why it wasn’t continued. It had the perfect balance of witty dialogue, chaotic but lovable characters, and hilarious yet relatable situations. It deserved so much more recognition, and I’ll always consider it a go-to show whenever I need a good laugh. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/16/25 Full Review E M I just finished binge watching this show and loved it! Awesome cast! Hate it was cancelled after 2 seasons. Please bring it back for a third season! Why did it end after only 2 seasons without letting us know what happens with Lisa and Ethan? Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/25 Full Review Audience Member watch full amazing movie online on https/://glamcinema.com Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 09/27/24 Full Review Audience Member Kept me on a roller coaster ride but one that I wanted to get off of...The story line never explained things in depth -- the characters got mad at each other and then forgave so quickly - There are too many scenes of vomiting LOL - gross! Also, the ending left me wondering if anything was every real/true at all between the characters. Seriously wasted my time watching this series. I so wanted to like it -- But the story line was all over the place and I never felt any empathy for the characters. Such a talented and famous cast -- I understand why no Season 3... Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member definitely worth watching, you can see the little improvement made from the forst season. Actors are great 👍, recommended both seasons. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member I LOVED Season 2 of this show!!! The writing and acting were so, so good. It was too funny. I literally howled with laughter during every episode. I cannot fathom why they would not renew for Season 3? The comedy is amazing - Fred Savage especially, is so gifted at comedy. Literally, one of the very best shows Netflix has put out. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews
