Constance Dowling was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Dowling began her career with roles in the Nelson Eddy adaptation "Knickerbocker Holiday" (1944) and the comedy adaptation "Up in Arms" (1944) with Danny Kaye. Dowling next focused her career on film, appearing in the mystery "Black Angel" (1946) with Dan Duryea, "Boston Blackie and the Law" (1946) and the Olivia de Havilland comedy "The Well-Groomed Bride" (1946). Later in her career, Dowling acted in "Gog" (1954). Dowling was married to Ivan Tors and had one child. Dowling passed away in October 1969 at the age of 49.
