Nicolas Falacci
Nick Falacci is the writer and producer of the hit TV series "Numbers." A graduate of the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, in 1990 Falacci met his wife and creative partner Cheryl Heuton while rock climbing in upstate New York. The pair soon began writing and pitching television ideas and movie scripts in Los Angeles, and the following year he earned his first screenwriting credit on the horror film "Children of the Night." In 2005 Falacci and Heuton successfully pitched the FBI drama "Numbers," which follows a group of California-based FBI agents and the brilliant but troubled mathematician who advises them. He served as writer and executive producer of the show for all six seasons of the award-winning series, and directed one episode in early 2010. The show, which was canceled in 2010, employed several mathematicians to verify the validity of the equations presented in each show, and received positive attention for its depiction of math and science in service of the storylines.
