Synopsis
Documentarian Gerald L'Ecuyer films the coming-of-age of Chip, a young gay man. After he struggles to come to terms with his sexual orientation, with the help of multiple psychiatrists, Chip accepts his homosexuality but struggles to explain it to friends and family. He also finds his first love. To provide broader context, L'Ecuyer interviews his crew about their responses to the film they are making and society's broader changes in attitudes toward homosexuals.
