Synopsis
With a program shot entirely in her kitchen in County Cork, Ireland, Rachel Allen draws on family favorites, classic regional fare, and international influences to create meals for a variety of occasions. From a simple family meal to a romantic dinner for two, Allen offers easy-to-follow recipes. Dishes include South American beef steak with chimichurri salsa, chicken and ginger stir-fry with coconut noodles, lamb samosas with coriander and lime raita, and chocolate and almond cake with rhubarb cream.
